Trial lawyers stand as the guardians of that system, staunchly protecting the rights of the American people, and ensuring that those rights are not disturbed nor discarded as a result of corporate greed or political shortsightedness.

This website explains how the civil justice system works, what your rights are within the system and how trial lawyers make this country safer for all of its citizens.

The information within this website is updated frequently so be sure to visit often and refer other people to this site.

If you have questions about our civil justice system or have a case that you would like to discuss with attorney Attorney's Name please call 555-555-5555 or send an e-mail inquiry.

Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. is a non-profit corporation which was originally set up by volunteer trial lawyers from across the country to provide FREE legal services to the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks who chose to make claims under the federal September 11th Victim’s Compensation Fund. Trial Lawyers Care became the largest pro bono project in the history of American jurisprudence. Over 1,100 lawyers represented over 1,700 families and provided $200 million in legal services absolutely free of charge.

Next, Trial Lawyers Care reached out to help the victims of the horrific tsunami in Asia, coordinating the collection of donations to the Red Cross.

Now, Trial Lawyers Care is faced with yet another “call to action”. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans have been tragically altered. Once again, trial lawyers are being asked to donate time and money in order to help wherever and however they can.

Trial Lawyers Care is making it easy for you to help as well. If you would like to contribute, please fill out a donation form.
